Choose the collection that best fits your home, and you’ll receive fresh, garden-inspired floral arrangements every other week. Each collection is thoughtfully designed in coordinating Roses & Rosé vases and transported in a reusable floral basket. Flowers and colors will change throughout the year based on seasonality and availability, making every pickup feel a little different.

Members will receive the pickup schedule, location, and designated pickup window in advance. On each pickup day, simply return your reusable basket and vases and exchange them for your next collection of fresh arrangements. A friend or family member is welcome to pick up on your behalf.

Because every arrangement is created specifically for you using fresh, perishable flowers, arrangements not collected by the end of the pickup window will be donated. Missed pickups are not eligible for refunds, credits, replacements, or alternate pickup arrangements.

Memberships are billed monthly and automatically renew until canceled. Your monthly payment includes two scheduled floral pickups during the billing cycle. Payments are nonrefundable once processed.

You may cancel anytime before your next billing date to prevent the following month’s charge. If you cancel after a payment has processed, your membership will remain active through the end of that paid billing cycle.

Yes. Members may pause once during each 12-month membership period for a minimum of one month and a maximum of six consecutive months. Pause requests must be submitted before the next billing date.

You will not be charged or receive floral pickups while paused. Your current membership rate will be preserved, and billing will automatically resume on your selected reactivation date unless you cancel before that date. All reusable baskets and vases must be returned before the pause begins.

We understand that accidents happen, so every member receives one complimentary vase replacement during each membership year. Additional damaged or unreturned vases and baskets may be subject to a replacement charge.

Returning each piece allows us to prepare and transport your next collection safely while keeping the membership beautiful, consistent, and sustainable.

Members enjoy priority access to holiday ordering, one complimentary vase replacement each membership year, flexible month-to-month membership, and the option to pause while preserving their current rate.

The first 10 members will also receive an introductory Founding Member rate. That rate will remain in place while the membership is active or within an approved pause. If a membership is canceled and restarted later, the current membership rate will apply.

To help your blooms last as long as possible, check the water level daily and top off each vase with fresh, cool water. Clean water is one of the most important factors in extending the life of your flowers.

Display your arrangements in a cool location away from direct sunlight, ripening fruit, and heat vents. As individual blooms naturally fade, remove them to help keep the water fresh and allow the remaining flowers to continue to shine.

We are very mindful of pet safety when selecting our flowers and greenery. However, we cannot guarantee that every stem is safe if consumed. Please keep all arrangements out of reach of children and pets.
