Returns & Refunds
Because flowers and greenery are perishable, all sales are final and we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges.
Please review your arrangement at pickup and let us know immediately if anything isn’t as expected—we’ll be happy to make it right before you leave.
The lifespan of fresh flowers varies by variety and environment. If you’re disappointed with the longevity of your arrangement despite following our care recommendations, please contact us. We’ll be happy to add a few extra blooms to your next order.
Membership payments are nonrefundable once processed. Membership cancellations and pauses are governed by our Membership Agreement.

By using this website or placing an order with Roses & Rosé, you agree to the following terms.
Orders and payment
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Payment is due when an order is placed. Applicable sales tax will be added at checkout. An order is not confirmed until payment has been successfully processed and you receive confirmation.
Flowers and substitutions
Because flowers are seasonal and naturally variable, each Roses & Rosé arrangement is unique. The specific flowers, colors, and varieties shown in photographs may not always be available. When necessary, we may make thoughtful substitutions of similar style, color, quality, and value while preserving the overall design and aesthetic of your order.
Pickup
Orders must be collected during the designated pickup date and window provided with your order. Please review your arrangement at pickup and let us know immediately if anything isn’t as expected.
Roses & Rosé is not responsible for arrangements that are not collected during the stated pickup window. Membership arrangements not collected during their designated pickup window may be donated in accordance with the Membership Agreement.
Returns and refunds
Fresh flowers are perishable, and all sales are final. Please review our separate Returns & Refunds Policy for complete details.
Memberships
Floral memberships renew automatically according to the billing schedule disclosed at enrollment. By purchasing a membership, you agree to the recurring charges and the separate Membership Agreement presented at checkout, including its cancellation, pause, pickup, and refund policies.
Flower care and safety
The longevity of flowers varies according to variety, environment, and care. Customers are responsible for following the care guidance provided by Roses & Rosé.
Although we are mindful of pet safety when selecting flowers and greenery, we cannot guarantee that every stem is safe if consumed. Please keep all arrangements out of reach of children and pets.

All photographs, written content, designs, logos, and branding displayed on this website belong to Roses & Rosé and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.
Limitation of responsibility
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Roses & Rosé is not responsible for indirect or incidental losses arising from the use, handling, display, or care of its products. Nothing in these terms limits any rights that cannot legally be excluded under California law.
